Crown Moulding 6-9/16"

This Large Crown Moulding 6-9/16" measures 6.562" wide by 1.500" thickness, it will require eight quarter lumber to mill this pattern. The design is composed of two stepped fillets, one on the top and the other at the bottom, they are separated by a large cavetto in the middle of the pattern. The bottom of the profile is designed to add a 1" thickness by 2" to 4" wide base or edge moulding which will enhance the design significantly when applied. When this profile is installed the height becomes 4-23/32" tall and a projection of 4-5/8" wide with the spring angles fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees. Two points of the design are intentionally positioned on the same level plane creating excellent hold down conditions during the milling process.
