Crown Mould 6-5/16"

This concave crown mould 6-5/16" measures 6.320" in width by 1.250" in thickness, requiring a 6-9/16" wide blank of six-quarter lumber for machining sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The symmetrical terminating profile comprises a 2-9/16" radius cove in the center. The edges of the cavetto connect to a 1/4" flat line segment attached to a two tangent radius ogee with a 7/32" vertical line in the upper left and a 7/32" flat line in the lower right side of the design. The spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the pattern parallel to the wall and ceiling. These specific angle positions lock in the installed height at 4-15/32" tall with a 4-15/32" projection across the top.
