Crown 6-3/16"

This intricate 6-3/16" crown mould measures 6.187" wide by 1.000" thickness, requiring the use of a 6-7/16" wide blank of five-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial molder. The asymmetrical terminating profile contains a 39/64" vertical line tangent to a 3/8" half-round bead on the top left. The semicircle connects to a 1/4" tall line segment joined to a 1-5/8" cove with a 3/8" flat line in the center. The remaining portion comprises five convex arcs of different radiuses on the design's bottom right side. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed. These specific angles also lock in the height of 4-5/8" tall with a 4-1/8" projection across the top.
