Crown 6-1/16" - 5

This delightful 6-1/16" - 5 crown mould measures 6.062" wide by .812" thickness, necessitating the use of a 6-5/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for machining sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The innovative profile composes a 6-9/32" radius cove in the center, attached to a 7/32" radius bead and a 1/4" wide by 9/32" tall squared lines on the top left. The lower portion comprises a 7/32" radius arc with 1/4" tall by 17/64" broad squared lines at the bottom right. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these devoted back bevels set the installed height at 4-3/4" tall with a projection of 3-3/4" wide.

Two high points in the design were deliberately positioned on the same plane.
