Crown 6" - 22

This large concave 6" - 22 crown mould measures 6.000" wide by 1.250" wide, necessitating the use of six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The cove-shaped profile is composed of a 3/4" tall vertical line segment at the top, connected to a two tangent radius elliptical shaped cove in the center that joins to a 7/32" teardrop-shaped bead, with a 1/2" tall vertical line and a 21/32" broad line at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-two and fifty-eight degrees, which are included in the downloadable dxf file below. These specific back cutters set the installed height at five inches tall with a 3-5/16" wide projection.
