Crown 5-15/16" - 8

This prestigious 5-15/16" - 8 crown mould measures 5.923" wide by 1.063" thickness requiring the use of five-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial-grade molder. The fancy supporting profile contains a 27/32" quarter round arc joined to a 9/64" vertical line on the top left. This fillet connects to a free-flowing three tangent radius cyma recta and a 7/32" cove flanked by small vertical and horizontal fillets in the center. The lower portion retains a 5/32" wide by 25/32" tall perpendicular notch for a piece of 3/4" rope mould attached to a 1/8" horizontal segment with a 7/16" radius convex arc on the bottom right side of the design. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 4-1/8" tall with a projection of 4-1/4" across the top.
