Crown 5-15/16" - 4

This beautiful 5-15/16" - 4 crown mould 5-15/16" - 4 measures 5.937" wide by .812" thickness. The stylish profile is comprised of a two tangent radius cyma recta, flanked by an 11/16" tall vertical fillet on top, and a 15/32" tall vertical fillet below, connected to a cyma reversa flanked by a 13/64" wide horizontal fillet on top, and a 13/32" wide horizontal fillet at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees; these specific back bevels set the installed height at 4-3/4" tall, with a 3-9/16" wide projection. Three high points in the design were intentionally placed on the same level plane, this specialized design feature will assure excellent hold down capabilities while milling this detail on an industrial moulder machine.

We have intentionally designed all our crown and cove mould with back angles of forty-five degrees and under to be milled on the right vertical cutter head, all forty-five degree back bevels and higher will be milled on the left cutter head.
