This everyday 5-15/16" - 11 crown mould measures 5.967" width by 1.000" thickness, requiring the use of five-quarter lumber for machining sprung (laying horizontally flat) on a commercial-grade molder. The standard terminating profile contains a 61/64" tall vertical fillet on the top left. The straight line joins to a 1-33/64 concave semicircle, tangent off of a 2-1/32" convex arc, creating the free-flowing cyma recta in the center. The s-shaped curvature attaches to a 23/64" upright line merged with a 23/32" cove and a 25/64" flat line segment on the bottom right side of the design. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 4-1/2" tall with a projection of 3-15/16" across the top.
