This interesting 5-21/32" - 16 crown mould measures 5.656" wide by .687" thickness, permitting the pattern to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four quarter boards. The unique supporting profile is comprised of a 35/64" quarter round bead with a 13/64" wide splay face line on the top left, connected to a graceful two tangent radius cyma recta with an 11/64" fillet in the center, joined to a 47/64" wide dado for inserting a piece of dentil or rope moulding, attached to a small fillet and a 29/64" cove with a 7/32" wide flat line at the bottom right side of the design. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these particular back bevels keep the inner profile parallel to the wall and ceiling as well as set the installed height at 4-13/32" tall with a projection of 3-9/16" wide.
