This 5-1/2" - 8 cyma reversa crown mould measures 5.500" wide by .937" thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of five-quarter lumber. The graceful supporting profile is composed of a 1-19/32" radius convex arc on the top left, tangent to a 3-5/16" concave semicircle joined to a 31/64 wide horizontal line in the lower right side portion of the design. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these explicit back bevels keep the inner portion of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, they also set the positioned height at 4-3/32" tall with a projection of 3-11/16" across the top.
