This ornate 5-1/2" - 23 crown mould measures 5.500" wide by .813" thickness, allowing the detail to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) from four-quarter lumber. The striking profile comprises a combination of horizontal and vertical line segments, notches, cyma recta, a cove, and a small ogee at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 4-25/64" tall with a projection of 3-21/64" wide.
