Crown 5-1/2" - 20

This captivating 5-1/2" - 20 crown mould measures 5.493" width by .812" thickness, allowing the use of a 5-3/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on a commercial-grade molder. The gorgeous terminating profile contains an 11/32" vertical fillet connected to a 27/64" cove and a 3/16" radius bead with a 13/64" tall line in the upper left. The short line attaches to an elegant three tangent radius cyma recta in the center, merged with another 3/16" half bead joined to a 3/16" tall line segment and a 15/32" cavetto with a 3/8" broad flat line on the bottom right side of the design. The fixed spring angles are set at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees; these particular back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 4-3/16" tall with a projection of 3-9/16" across the top.
