Crown 5-3/8" - 4

This curved inward 5-3/8" - 4 crown mould measures 5.375" in width by .750 in thickness, requiring a 5-5/8" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for machining sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The attractive terminating profile comprises 3/16" wide x 3/16" tall perpendicular lines, connected to a 37/64" convex arc joined to a 13/64" vertical bar, this creates the ovolo in the upper left-hand corner. It attaches to a 3-21/64" concave semicircle in the center, with a 47/64" wide flat section on the patterns lower right corner. The spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the pattern parallel to the wall and ceiling. These specific angle positions lock in the installed height at 3-19/32" tall with a 4" projection across the top.
