Crown 5-1/4" - 27

This innovative 5-1/4" - 27 crown mould measures 5.250" wide by 1.000" thickness, necessitating the use of five-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The inventive terminating profile is composed of a 21/64" tall vertical line on the top left, attached to a graceful two tangent radius cyma recta with a 13/64" vertical line below, connected to a 9/16" cavetto merged with a 35/64" wide by a one-inch tall perpendicular notch for a piece of dentil or rope mould, merged with a 17/64" flat line and a two tangent radius ogee with a 9/32" flat line on the bottom right side of the design. The fixed spring angles are thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these particular back bevels keep the inner profile parallel to the wall and ceiling as well as set the installed height at 4-1/8" tall with a projection of 3-1/4" wide.
