Crown 5-3/16" - 8

This fascinating 5-3/16" - 8 crown mould measures 5.202" wide by .812" thickness, permitting the pattern to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four-quarter lumber. The enchanting terminating profile is composed of a 17/32" vertical fillet on the top left, attached to a 1-1/8" concave semicircle tangent to a 1-1/2" convex arc forming the elegant cyma recta in the center, connected to a 7/16" tall by 3/16" broad perpendicular protrusion that merges with a two tangent radius ogee with a 5/16" flat line segment on the bottom right side of the design. The fixed spring angles are thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these particular back bevels keep the exposed face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, as well as set the oriented height at 4-1/16" tall with a projection of 3-1/4" across the top.
