Crown 4-13/16" - 2

This appealing 4-13/16" - 2 crown mould measures 4.817" width by one-inch thickness, allowing the use of a 5-1/16" blank of five-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on a commercial moulder. The ornate terminating pattern composes a 1/4" radius cove flanked by vertical and horizontal line fillets on the top left. The segments connect to an elliptical-shaped half-circle. More fillets merge with a 2-13/16" semicircular concave arc in the center. The lower section retains a 9/16" tall line with a small v-notch for glue when applying decorative rope mould. The vertical line joins two-stepped fillets with a 23/64" broad horizontal line on the pattern's bottom right side. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the design parallel to the wall and ceiling after installation. These specific angles lock in the height at 3-13/32" tall with a 3-13/32" projection across the top.
