Crown 4-3/4" - 27

This visually aesthetic 4-3/4" - 27 crown mould measures 4.750" wide by .750" thickness, authorizing the use of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The graceful terminating profile is composed of a 13/16" tall vertical line segment on the top left, connected to a 1-9/16" concave semicircle tangent to a two-inch convex arc creating the cyma recta in the center, attached to a 33/64" tall by 1/2" perpendicular lines at the bottom right side of the design. To make even hold-down points conditions while machining, the spring angles are fixed at thirty-three and fifty-seven degrees, these particular back bevels keep the inner section of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, as well as set the oriented height at 4" tall with a projection of 2-9/16" wide.
