Crown 4-5/8" - 22

This 4-5/8" - 22 beaded crown mould measures 4.617" in width by .937" in thickness, requiring a 4-7/8" wide blank of five-quarter lumber for machining sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The elegant terminating profile comprises a 3/8" pencil bead flanked by a vertical fillet above and a wider horizontal fillet below on the top left. It connects to a 1/8" vertical line merged with a graceful two-tangent radius cyma recta in the center. The lower section contains two 3/16" perpendicular lines with a 9/32" quarter round on the design's bottom right corner. The spring angles are at forty & fifty degrees; these are included in the downloadable dxf file below. When installed, these precise back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling; they also lock in the height position at 3-1/4" tall with a 3-1/2" projection across the top.
