Crown 4-5/8" - 19

This fancy 4-5/8" - 19 crown mould measures 4.640" width by .750" thickness, permitting a 4-7/8" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The lovely supporting profile contains a 29/64" quarter-round joined to a 13/64" vertical line on the top left. The short line attaches to a 2" concave semicircle tangent from a 1" convex arc, creating the free-flowing cyma recta in the center. Merged with a 3/16" vertical fillet joined to a 1/2" radius cove with a 9/32" flat line on the design's bottom right corner. The spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the pattern parallel to the wall and ceiling. These specific angles lock in the installed height at 3-1/4" tall with a 3-5/16" projection across the top.
