Crown 4-1/2" - 33

This exclusive 4-1/2" - 33 crown mould measures 4.500" wide by 1.437" thickness. The inventive profile is comprised of two tangent elliptical shaped coves in the center, attached to a 3/32" tall vertical line with an elliptical shaped quarter round arc on top, the lower portion consists of a chamfered edge that connects to a two tangent radius half circle on the bottom of the design. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees. These specific back bevels set the installed height at 3-15/32" tall with a 2-7/8" wide projection. Because of the significant depth of cut from the side vertical cutters, it will also be necessary to mill a portion of the angles from the bottom cutter head. This cad-generated dxf file contains three skillfully drafted template designs for creating knives for this creative crown pattern. All our innovative profiles have a proven unbroken cnc (computer numerical control) tool path expediting the production process.
