Crown 4-1/2" - 31

This intricate 4-1/2" - 31 crown mold measures 4.500" width by .750" thickness, permitting the use of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on a commercial molder. The ornate supporting pattern contains a tapered radius arc and two perpendicular lines with a 1/16" rounded point on the top left. The ninety-degree angle connects to three partial convex semicircular arcs, a 15/64" vertical segment in the center. Connected to a 59/64" cove with a 3/16" horizontal line, joined to a 23/64" bead with a tiny ogee and a 7/32" flat line on the bottom right side of the design. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; also, they lock in the positioned height at 3-7/32" tall with a projection of 3-3/16" across the top.
