Crown 4-1/2" - 21

This shaker-style 4-1/2" -21 crown mould measures 4.500" width by .750" thickness, requiring 4-3/4" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on a commercial moulder. The symmetrical terminating detail contains 1/2" by 7/16" broad perpendicular lines on both the top and bottom corners of the design. The squared lines connect to a 3-11/64" forty-five-degree splay-faced beveled line in the center. The spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the pattern parallel to the wall and ceiling. These specific angle positions lock in the installed height at 3-3/16" tall with a 3-3/16" projection across the top.
