Crown 4-1/2" - 15

This concave 4-1/2" - 15 crown mould measures 4.500" wide by .812" thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four-quarter lumber. The attractive terminating profile is composed of a 5/16" tall vertical line segment on the top left, connected to a three-inch radius cove in the center, attached to a 1/4" broad segment merged with a 9/16" convex arc tangent to a 3/8" concave semicircle creating the ogee with a 5/16" wide flat area on the bottom right side of the design. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these particular back bevels keep the inner profile parallel to the wall and ceiling as well as set the installed height at 3-1/2" tall with a projection of 2-13/16" across the top.
