Crown 4-3/8" - 8

This 4-3/8" - 8 build-up crown mould measures 4.376" width by .813" thickness, permitting the use of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The classic supporting profile contains a 3/4" radius quarter round convex arc merged with a 9/32" tall vertical line segment on the top left. The remaining portion of the design consists of a three-tangent radius s-shaped curvature creating the cyma recta. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 3-1/8" tall with a projection of 3-1/16" across the top.
