Crown 4-3/8" - 14

This concave 4-3/8" - 14 crown mould measures 4.375" width by 1.062" thickness, requiring the pattern to utilize six-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The graceful terminating profile contains a 5/16" tall vertical fillet on the top left corner. The line connects to a 2-7/8" radius concave semicircle with a 1/4" by 1/4" notch and a 17/64" broad flat line on the bottom right side of the design. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 3-1/8" tall with a projection of 3-1/16" across the top.
