Crown 4-5/16" - 7

This 4-5/16" - 7 symmetrical crown mould measures 4.312" width by .750" thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four quarter lumber on an industrial molder. The lovely terminating profile contains a 3-3/16" concave semicircle tangent to a 5/64" convex arc in the center. The middle connects an 11/32" broad half-circle with a 17/64" by 9/32" perpendicular lines to an additional 5/64" rounded point on both the top & bottom of the design. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, they also lock in the positioned height at 3-1/64" tall with a projection of 3-1/64" across the top.
