This 4-5/16" - 10 shaker crown mould measures 4.331" width by .750" thickness, requiring a 4-9/16" blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The basic terminating profile comprises a 2-59/64" splay face in the center, flanked by 1/2" by 1/2" perpendicular lines on both the design's upper left and lower right corners. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the design parallel to the wall and ceiling after installation. These specific angles lock in the positioned height at 3-1/16" tall with a 3-1/16" projection across the top.
