This distinguished 4-9/32" - 6 crown mould measures 4.297" width by .812" thickness, requiring a 4-1/2" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The gorgeous terminating profile comprises 1/2" tall by 1/4" broad perpendicular lines on the top left. The squared lines connect to a 39/64" convex arc attached to a 1/4" vertical line, creating the ovolo. The center contains a 1-15/16" radius concave semicircle merged with a 21/64" convex bead on the design's bottom right side. The fixed spring angles are set at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees; these particular back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 3-1/2" tall with a 2-1/2" projection across the top.
