Crown 4-1/4" - 45

This designer 4-1/4" - 45 crown mould measures 4.243" width by .750" thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four-quarter lumber on an industrial moulder. The custom supporting profile contains a 37/64" convex arc with a 13/64" vertical line on the top left. That fillet connects to a 1-3/32 concave semicircle tangent to a 5/16" convex arc with two 11/64" perpendicular lines, merged to a 7/16" cove and a 9/32" horizontal line segment on the bottom right side of the pattern. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, they also lock in the positioned height at 3" tall with a projection of 3" across the top.
