Crown 4-1/4" - 28

This high-toned 4-1/4" - 28 crown mould measures 4.237" width by .750" thickness, enabling the use of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on a commercial moulder. The classy terminating profile contains an 11/32" vertical line on the top left, joined to a 1-1/8" concave semicircle tangent off of a 1-1/8" convex arc creating the elegant cyma recta in the center. The end of the s-shaped curvature attaches to a 9/16" vertical line segment design for applying a decorative piece of rope mould, that merges with a 9/16" cove and a 7/32" broad fillet on the bottom right side of the design. The fixed spring angles are at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees; these particular back bevels keep the exposed face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, as well as set the oriented height at 3-3/8" tall with a projection of 2-9/16" across the top.
