Crown 4-1/4" - 1

This elegant 4-1/4" - 1 crown mould measures 4.264" wide by .750" thickness, requiring the use of a 4-1/2" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat on an industrial molder. The lovely terminating profile contains an 11/32" tall vertical line segment on the top left. The line connects to a 3/8" wide by a 3/8" tall perpendicular notch joined to a 2-7/32" concave semicircle in the center. The cove is attached to a two tangent radius ogee flanked by 3/16" broad lines on the design's bottom right side. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed. These specific angles also lock in the positioned height at 3" tall with a 3-1/32" projection across the top.
