Crown 4" - 44

This ornate 4" - 44 crown mould measures 4.000" wide by .750" thickness. The well-designed profile is comprised of cyma recta attached to a 5/16" tall vertical fillet in the upper portion, the lower half of the detail consists of a 1/8" radius quarter circle with a small squared fillet, joined to a 3/8" wide by 13/16" tall, notched fillet for inserting a decorative dentil or rope mould, below this section is a radiused edge and a squared fillet at the very bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees; search our bevels category by these degrees to find two back bevel cutters appropriate for this crown/cove moulding design, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 3-1/8" tall with a projection of 2-1/2" wide.
