Crown 3-11/16" - 3

This elegant 3-11/16" - 3 crown mould measures 3.691" width by .750" thickness, allowing the use of a 3-15/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial molder. The creative terminating profile contains 25/64" tall by 25/64" broad perpendicular lines in the upper left. The square connects to a two-tangent radius elliptical-shaped convex arc in the center. The lower portion consists of a 3/4" radius cove flanked by a 7/32" vertical fillet above and a 23/64" broad horizontal line on the bottom right side of the design. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed. These specific angles also lock in the height of 2-5/8" tall with a 2-19/32" projection across the top.
