Crown 3-7/16" - 16

This 3-7/16" - 16 shaker crown mould measures 3.447" in width by .750" in thickness, allowing a 3-11/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for machining sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The stylish terminating profile comprises a 3/8" tall by 25/64" wide squared section on the top left. It connects to a 2-9/32" downsloping angled line segment with 25/64" tall by 1/2" broad perpendicular lines on the design's bottom right corner. The spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the pattern parallel to the wall and ceiling. These specific angle positions lock in the installed height at 2-3/8" tall with a 2-1/2" projection across the top.
