Crown 3-3/8" - 17

This Victorian 3-3/8" - 17 crown mould is milled in two separate production runs. The upper portion measures 3-13/16" wide by 29/32" thickness, enabling that section to be machined out of five quarter lumber. The lower piece measures 3-11/16" wide by 1-1/8" thickness requiring the use of five or six quarter lumber. The elaborate profile is composed of a 23/32" tall bullnose with a 3/16" vertical fillet on the top left, attached to a 31/64" wide horizontal line that merges with a 1-17/64" radius concave semicircular arc in the center, connected to a decorative 9/32" wide half round bead flanked by small vertical line segments and an elliptically shaped cove at the bottom right side of the pattern. The rabbet dimension for the embellishing crown backer measures 5/8" wide by 5/8" tall; you may want to review some of our baseboard patterns to fit into this section of the profile to create a one of a kind design.

Thickness = 1.125" / Depth of Cut = .248" (right blades) & .625" (left cutters).
