This Traditional Crown Moulding 2-11/16" - 5 measures 2.687" wide by .687" thickness, the profile design is the most commonly utilized crown moulding within the industry, it is composed of three fillets, two vertical and one horizontal, a cyma recta is positioned in the middle of the pattern and a cove is located on the bottom of the design. When properly installed the height becomes 1-13/16" tall with a projection of 2" wide. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, two of the three points are purposely positioned on the same plane to assist in holding down the moulding while milling, the high point of the cyma recta is recessed below the points so you don't create a burnish mark on the finished moulding from the moulder pressure shoe element.
