Crown 2-21/32" - 2

This well-crafted 2-21/32" - 2 crown mould measures 2.656" width by .750" thickness, requiring a 2-15/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The beautiful terminating profile comprises a 9/32" vertical line segment on the top left. That line connects to a 21/32" concave semicircle tangent off a 1-1/16" convex curve, creating the elegant cyma recta in the center. The curvature attaches to a 5/16" tall by 13/32" wide perpendicular lines at the design's bottom right corner. The fixed spring angles are set at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees; these particular back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, in addition to locking in the height at 2" tall with a 1-3/4" projection across the top.
