This attractive 7/8" - 6 cove mould measures .875" wide by .625" thickness. The profile composes a 9/32" broad section with a 1/16" eased edge on top. It's attached to a 5/8" radius cavetto also with a 1/16" rounded edge leaving a 9/64" thickness dimension on the thin side of the design. Caution: When milling this detail, the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
