Cove 5/8" - 1

This small 5/8" - 1 cove mould measures .625" wide by .625" thickness. The symmetrical profile is comprised of a 7/16" radius cove in the center, flanked by a 3/16" broad segment on top and a 3/16" tall vertical line on the side edge of the design. We also have another option for milling this same detail a single piece at a time for your review and consideration, cove .625", this is another excellent way to utilize fall off rips of lumber. Caution: the cutters will come within .010" of the machines bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations. We strongly suggest installing an anti-kickback device on the machinery for safety concerns before any milling procedures involving splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
