Cove 3/8"

These small 3/8" cove mould measures .375" in width by .375" in thickness. The tiny symmetrical profiles comprise a 1/8" broad horizontal line on top. They connect to a 1/4" cove in the center with a 1/8" tall vertical line on the side edge. We recommend utilizing 1-3/16" wide blanks of fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the time with this unique split two-cove profile.

Caution; the cutters will come within .010" of the machine's bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend using a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest installing an anti-kickback device on the machinery before attempting any milling procedures involving splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
