Cove 6-3/16" - 1

This custom 6-3/16" - 1 cove mould measures 6.187" width by 1.250" thickness, requiring six-quarter lumber for the pattern to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial-style molder. The beautiful terminating profile contains an 11/32" vertical line on the top left, merged with a 4-7/16" cove and a 19/32" flat line on the bottom right side of the design. The fixed spring angles are at forty and fifty degrees; these particular back bevels keep the exposed face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, as well as set the oriented height at 4-23/32" tall with a projection of 4" across the top.
