Cove Moulding 5-3/8"

This elegant cove molding 5-3/8" measures 5.391" width by .937" thickness, necessitating the use of a 5-5/8" wide blank of five-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial molder. The symmetrical terminating profile contains a 4-7/16" radius concave semicircle in the center, flanked by a 19/32" tall vertical line segment in the upper left and a 19/32" horizontal line on the design's bottom right side. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed. These specific angles also lock in the positioned height at 3-13/16" tall with a projection of 3-3/16" across the top.
