Cove 5-3/16"

This sleek 5-3/16" cove mould is wide by 1" thick, requiring five-quarter lumber for milling. The profile consists of a just under 7/16" vertical fillet on top, a 4-27/32" radius cavetto positioned in the center and a 17/32" horizontal fillet on the bottom of the pattern. When correctly installed the height becomes 4-1/4" tall with a projection of 3" wide, the spring angles have been fixed to 33 and 57 degrees to enable favorable hold down conditions when milling the pattern, the two points are also positioned on the same level plane for the same reasons.
