Cove 5" - 2

This asymmetrical 5" - 2 cove mould measures 5.000" wide by .812" thickness, permitting the detail to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four-quarter lumber. The scooped-out profile is composed of a 2-19/64" radius cavetto in the center, bordered by a 21/32" tall vertical line on top and a 25/64" broad horizontal line segment on the bottom. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these particular back bevels keep the inner profile parallel to the wall and ceiling as well as setting the installed height at 4" tall with a projection of 3" across the top.
