Cove Mould 4-1/4" - 5

This lovely cove mould 4-1/4" - 5 measures 4.243" width by .812" thickness, necessitating a 4-1/2" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The symmetrical terminating profile contains a four-inch radius concave semicircle in the center. The cove gets flanked by a 1/8" tall vertical fillet on the top left and a 1/8" horizontal line segment on the bottom right side of the design. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed. These specific angles lock in the height at 3" tall with a 3" projection across the top.
