Cove 4-1/8"

This lovely 4-1/8" mid-size cove mould measures 4.125" wide by .812" thickness, enabling the pattern to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The attractive symmetrical profile consists of a 15/32" tall vertical line segment on the top left. Joined to a 3-7/32" radius cavetto in the center, connected to a 15/32" wide horizontal segment on the lower right side of the design. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these explicit back bevels keep the inner profile parallel to the wall and ceiling as well as set the installed height at 2-59/64" tall with a projection of 2-59/64" wide.
