Cove Moulding 4" - 2

This build up cove moulding measures 4" wide by 1-1/4" thickness, this detail will require six quarter lumber to mill the pattern. The design consist of a 2" radius cove with a 13/16" tall fillet at the top of the detail and a 1-1/8" wide fillet on the bottom, these areas may be used to stack a base or other trim moulding on top of or underneath. When properly installed the height becomes 2-29/32" tall with a projection of 2-25/32" wide, the spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees with two even points positioned on the same level plane to maximize hold down during the milling process.
