Cove 3-7/8"

This universal 3-7/8" cove mould measures 3.875" wide by 1.250" thickness, requiring the use of six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The asymmetrical profile is composed of a 29/64" tall vertical line segment on the top left, connected to a 2-9/64" radius cove in the center, joined to a 1-1/4" broad segment on the bottom right side of the design, this area will provide enough space for utilizing one of our beautiful base mouldings installed beneath the flat surface. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these particular back bevels keep the inner profile parallel to the wall and ceiling as well as set the installed height at 2-5/8" tall with a projection of 2-15/16" wide.
