Cove 3-5/8" - 2

This custom 3-5/8" - 2 cove/crown mould measures 3.625" wide by 1.000" thickness, enabling the pattern to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of five-quarter lumber. The symmetrical profile is comprised of a 1-3/4" radius cove tangent off of two 1/16" line segments in the center, connected to a 3/4" tall vertical line on the top and a 3/4" wide horizontal line at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 2-9/16" tall with a projection of 2-9/16" wide.
