Cove Mould 3-1/4" - 7

This beautiful 3-1/4" - 7 cove mould measures 3.224" wide by .750" thickness, enabling the detail to be milled sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four-quarter lumber. The lovely profile is composed of a 2-3/4" radius cove in the center, flanked by a 41/64" tall vertical line on top and a 41/64" broad line segment on the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at 33.5 and 56.5 degrees; these specific back cuts set the installed height at 2-5/8" tall with a projection of 1-7/8" wide; they are included in the downloadable dxf file below.
